First off I have to give compliments to Tommy at Vodacom after sales support for the assistance and that he was very friendly and eager to assist me.
I Have placed an order for a new contract on Friday and it was approved and the consultant has advised me that I will reveive my phone by Wednesday 27 February 2013. Today I phoned to check and make sure everything is going as arranged and then Tommy advised me that I have to phone back on Thursday because there is no stock. I Find this very unacceptable and I am not pleased with this after being a very good customer for almost 2 years now and already 3 contracts on my name before this new one. I expect better on Vodacom's part than to be told there is no stock for my order when local Vodacom shops have stock already.
Please sort this out.
