My cellphone account is suspended! I called centre 808 and the lady gave me attitude and I got off and dropped the phone. When I try later to call 808, the phone is telling me that my account is suspended and I cannot make any calls blah blah blah... This morning I received an sms saying I've exceeded my limit of R1000. I receive this kind of sms's and my service has never been suspended before..why all of a sudden suspend my account? I am the one who is paying. As an account holder, I should be notified that the limit has been reached before the account is suspended.
