I discovered my account had been suspended this morning by MTN, as it was over "it's limit".
First off, who decides this LIMIT? and secondly why suspend, can't they send a text? make a simple call to let you know exactly what they are going to do?
So I call, wait 6 minutes for an operator and get told that I may have to wait up to 24 hours for my service to resume!!! Despite being an excellent customer for more than 5 years, and NEVER paid late once.
Utterly despicable service!!!
