I upgraded my data contract about a week ago. The upgrade is effective from the 1st of Feb. Unfortunately since the 1st my account has been suspended for a reason I didn't understand. When I called in the call center I got a very rude consultant who told me about terms and conditions. And then be tells me that I have exceeded my monthly limit. Why would nashua suspend my account if I pay my account via debit order? I mean to have my account suspended because I went over my limit by R20??? Your number is not a toll free. I pay to enquire. Thia is petty... it's disgusting and wrong...
