Pathetic Service

My account was suspended without informing me that I had reached my limit, I then went to pay my account and was told that my account would be activated in 24 hours. I called the call centre only to wait 20mins for no one to answer, as 24 hours had passed and my account was still suspended. Worst service I have ever received. Definitely changing networks.
