I got my Galaxy S4 just over 6 months ago. The last 2 weeks, the phone has been dying unexpectedly and then when it restarts it says battery drained. I have removed the battery and its swollen. I went to my service provider, the said I have to replace the battery at my cost as its just over 6 months old. After doing some research I found out that this is in fact a common manufacturer fault on the S4.
I do not understand how I have to pay for the replacement battery if Samsung knows it is a common fault.
I have had 3 Galaxy devices and was definitely going to upgrade to the S5 when it releases, now I am seriously reconsidering
