Nashua Mobile is abosultely pathetic!! I have a Cell C casual chat 100 contract (R115 plus R30 phone charge) which i obviously pay monthly and I also have a R200 call limit block on the contract to prevent me from going over the limit and costing an arm and a leg YET over the last 3 months i have been billed over R900 in Nov, R450 in Dec and now R328 odd in january - what happened to the R200 LIMIT??? i then get told by a consultant that the block is delayed and never gauranteed! Well whats the point of even having a block then?? And another thing - over R300 in January and my simcard is lying next to my bed! it hasnt even been used!! i then also get told that the billing is back dated by a month?? what companies run like that?? I have a vodacom contract that as soon as i reach the limit, my phone cuts off! Thats the way limits are supposed to work! I cannot wait until by contract expires so i can get away from this useless provider.. Utterly pathetic!!!
