Nashua Mobile give customers the option of having a limit on their account and have admitted to me that the limit that you have requested must apply to all your SIM cards. They are very quick to send you a bill for usage but aren't willing to stick to their side of the deal. I requested that when I applied for my dual SIM card that my limit be activated on both SIM cards. I was assured on more than one occasion that my request has been addressed. I then get a bill from them saying that I owe R300 more than what my subscription is and when I call them to question it they tell me that I am correct and that both my SIM card should have been blocked, but that this block hadn't been done. It is far too easy for Nashua to get out of taking responsibility for not sticking to their part of the deal as all they say is that the limit is not guaranteed. I have had endless trouble with Nashua over the period my contract has been active and I will never be dealing with them again. I would advise people who don't want o be taken for a ride by a company, to DEFINITELY not deal with NASHUA as you are almost guaranteed to receive terrible service and be billed incorrectly. NASHUA WILL MILK YOU!
