Some of the worst service that I have experienced, I will advise everyone I know not to do any business with your company. When I took out my contract, I set a limit of R200 which is what I can afford. Last month my limit was reached and I requested a temp limit extension of R50 until 1 September. Today I get an sms saying that my call limit has been increased to R700!! When I queried this with your incompetent call centre, I get told that they dont know who did it, really? I was also told that we temp limit was not corrected from 1 September.
Are limits not set for a reason? now I had to spend over 30min (which costs me for money) to try and fix someting that you broke in the first place.
