I took a data contract with cell c a few months ago on debit, in January my account was in areas and wondered why, i phoned the call center and was told by the call center agent that this is a cash paying account, now they handed me over to their legal department, discontinued their service to me and told to pay a settlement amount of more than R2000.I am now paying for a service that am not receiving, no warning has been given to me or whatsoever, Jennice from their legal department told me my account will not be re-instated due to non-payment and thats it, i would like to know why i have to pay for this companie's incompetence, and is it not illegal to change a client's contract without their knowledge. In early February i then opted to change all my contracts with them to cash paying because they are incompetent and untrustworthy. Mr Alan Knott Craig needs to know that he is running a spaza shop, no different from the one in the corner street of my township, no one at cell c will ever give you his contacts and not sure if he would make any difference, referring to all the complaints on social networks
