I have two data sim cards with Cell C. I used to have 8 mbps, after moving 1, 3km away in the same neighbourhood in Cape Town, I have virtually no data throughput.
I phoned the call centre and completed the network feedback form as per their request. I also explained that I need internet to access my online materials and assignments on Unisa's website via email.
The standard feedback is that an engineer will contact me in 48 hours. I contacted Cell C 11th of January the first time...
Cell C, if you cannot provide a service, you must cancel the contract without penalising me. I need the money to pay another operator who is able to provide the service I require for my studies.
In one letter you acknowledge that it may take up to a year to upgrade your network. Do you expect me to cancel my studies to allow you enough time for you to fix your problems?
