I took out a BB Z10 on contract with CellC, I live in Middelburg MP. I cannot continue with this anymore, after a week of having the phone I took it to the Cellc offices as I thought there was a problem with the phone (out of box failure). They came back to me after assessing the phone and said there is nothing wrong with it. I get a phone indication right upper corner with red exclamation (NO NETWORK COVERAGE) 80% OF THE time and have to manually scan network, this carries on and on, half the time when I want to connect to internet media it eats my data, but it struggles so much to find data that I end up using data have to refresh, I end up not even getting the data I request. Everywhere in Middelburg I have problems. Please cancel my contract!!! I cannot do this scanning of network anymore, my smartphone is suppose to assist me not hurdle my daily living!!!
