There is no company thats so quick at taking and slow at giving like Telkom/8ta

Im a Telkom pinacle customer who spents an average amount 3200 on monthly basis for both my contracts with telkom and 8ta. account No 269900637297 land line 0123737759 Telkom mix no 0812702547

my account was suspended due to i had reached my credit limit there was an amount of 320.6 which was outstanding and i paid it on the 22/01/2013 and requested telkom to reconnect my phones the land line was reconnected but how ever the mix number was not went to menlyn store on the 23 to tell em that my phone was not working and a consultant by the name of Eulane assured me that it will be working the next day and it did not i went back on the following day 24 was told the same thing by the other lady and man by the name of Bev but still no assistance. escalated this to the manager by the name of Melany still she was unable to identify my prob, refered to call centre but still im taken from pilar to post no assistance. I mean why should companies like Telkom to take our money while they abuse and treat us like dirt and unable to help us. i am stuck with a disfuntional phone, dnt know what to to bt go to the law
