I'm writing this report as a public service message (as I usually research Hellopeter reports before I sign up for a service).
Make sure you test Cell C's network first with a prepaid card for at least a week before you sign up for a contract. Our recently ported business contracts users are frustrated beyond belief with the network. No signal, no service, no internet, missed calls from nowhere. And not a peep from the service deparment.
We're furiously fighting to get our ports reversed so that our users can be in contact again.
It is madness that Cell C spends all this money on advertisements, while their network doesn't work, and they don't respond to coverage problems. I commit that I will write a warning about Cell C's network every time that I see one of their advertisements.
