I recently recieved my cell c statement, and on my statement there are charges for GET IT. which i have not subscribed too. This is ridiculous since I phoned in on the 27/12/2012 to get this sorted out before my debit order goes off on the 01st of every month. Further to that i phone on the 31/12/2013 to ensure that the debit order will not include the GET IT charges and the consultant said that they will get the person that is dealing with my query to call me back, this was not done and now i have december and january charges taken off my account. this is pathetic of CELL C and i can not believe that it takes your'l so long to sort this out. I require someone from CELL C to phone me and sort this out asap, and back charge me - i am not paying for something that i did not subscribe too and do not use.
