I am very upset, because I have on numerous occasions asked your consultants to change my debit order to the 01st of every month, because I only get paid on the last day of the month. I even went to the N1 City branch last month to change it to the 1st and once again it went off on the 28th and once again the debit order came back. This is not just extra bank charges, but also an inconvenience because now I have to go to Nedbank to pay the phone and back to Cell C to re-connect the phone. What is wrong with the people working for you. I really need this sorted out, because I pay a fortune on bank charges for these debit orders that come back everytime. This also gives me a bad credit record.
