On 29/03/2013 I took out a new contract with Cell C. The consultant phoned through to Cell C to get the contract through and they authorised a debit order of R 114 for connection. Next day I receive an SMS from my bank that R 2 571.45 got debited from my account. is all I could utter and no one at the consultant center can tell me why. Accounts dept is to louzy to sort it out! Now my other bank debit order are bouncing one by one by one. That is additional bank charges. And do you think Cell C worries about that! This is the WORST issue I have ever had!
Im totally stunned! This is slouzie!!!
Please will someone sort this out and I demand that Cell C ALSO refunds me the bank chrages that I will incur! Due to you guys incompetence, Im getting a bad credit record!
