Inability to explain data charge!

I used my cell as a wifi hotspot for my laptop. On the 10th of September Autopage called to say there was excessive data consumption on my account - 3GB, R5000 ex vat, (the call impressed me, good service). I then queried what the data consumption was for. I received a URL report to try establish this - but the report only had addresses and no data consumed next to each address. There were hundreds of URLS the day before and that day (windows and norton auto updates et al) and i could not tie that back to the billing. After numerous calls, re-explanations of what it is I need, re-submissions of my query, I got told today that my query cannot be answered. MTN have one report with just data that they submit to Autopage to run the billing, and app MTN wont give me that report, and Autopage cannot match the billing to the URL addresses. So thats that, stuff me! Perhaps now someone that CAN help me will respond and sort this out??? Dont think its rocket science???
