i use my blackberry often i download from various sites and never have i paid for it with my airtime, up untill last nite
11/12/13. the explanation given was not very satisfactory and i do believe they are just trying to take away from the little man . they charge me R90 for a download, the reasin i have a blackberry in the first place is to save and now they want to give me and tell me about terms and conditions, wich i think is something convenient for big componys to hide behind. the supervisor at the customer care wasnt very helpfull either. the reason i used vodacom was for there high level of service, but what i experienced today was shocking.
