EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE

I entered into a contract with Telkom Mobile on 12th Desember 2013 at the Clearwater Mall, I needed my current cellphone number to be ported and was promised that it would be done on the 14th. It happenend that I was travelling between Johannesburg and PE on the 14th and I found that I had no netwotk coverage until the 18th. After I made numerous calls to the Call Centre as well as Clearwater Mall with no results I finally came into contact with Johanette Delport of PE. The level of service thar I received from this lady was so far beyond the ordinary that I can hardly describe it. She got their technical people at work immediately and gave me regular feedback. She was in constant communication with me, and provided me with regular feedback, hatever she promised she delivederd. A technitian from her office, Lyanda also called and guided me to the correct setup and settings in the most helpful way. These two people, according to my experience did their Company proud. Thanks you SO MUCH Johanette for your care, friendliness and absolute competence, and Lyanda for your expert knowledge and guidance. I highly appreciate the two of you!
