I took out a contract beginning Jan 2013. Last week my account got suspended due to me reaching my limit. After talking to a consultant he said when the debit order comes off on the 31st my account will be active again. The debit order went off this morning and my account is still not active!! i called the call centre from a vodacom cellphone waited 10min to get to a consultant just to be told he will put me through to the contract department.. a minute later waiting next thing the call ends and i got cut off without speaking to anyone waisting my airtime!!! and time!!! i don't have time for this it just took 40min of my time to resolve this issue and i haven't even spoken to anyone!!!
