I had my services suspended for my cellphone contract, which I pay approximately R750 each month to Vodacom.
and had an issue this december because i am self employed with the account to my attention was called and arranged a debit to go off the account on the 10 January 2014 the consultant advised me that they would take the debit off my account, i waited for the deduction and thought that it would go off with the next debit order, because it had not went through i tried to call vodacom to confirm but holded on relentlessly and the call cut a few days later, today service were suspended for something that was meant to be debited on the 10th as per the consultant that i had spoken to from Vodacom, i have just paid for the next two months at the clearwater branch but i am very disappointed with this companies way of dealing with its clients, where was the honesty and i hope that my name will not have a default against my name for an arranged matter of one late submission.
