CONTRACT SUSPENDED

I opened an account with MTN assisted by Themba on the 21/04/2013 with an instalment of R319 every months as I was told. Two months down the line My contract was suspended, when I went to one of the branches in maponya to enquire, I was told my contract was suspended due to non payments for the past two months and I have to pay a ridiculous amount of around R1100 to activate it.

When I enquired about the reason why debit order was not going through as it should as per our agreement, I was told the consultant Themba did not activate debit order, instead he created my account as a cash payment. The whole time I was not aware of this error that occurred, above that I am being charged for it and also my instalment I was given was incorrect as the correct instalment is R328.

every time i opened a contract with mtn there is a problem, it looks like their staff members are never trained beside the bad network services we always receive. now I am regretting what i was thinking taking an account with mtn after i was disappointed before. VERY ANGRY...
