I called nashua Mobile to ask about my contract phone because I wanted to cancel it in October and I paid the amount I had to pay, nothing happened, I phoned again in November and consultant told me he will process it so it will be cancelled end of November till today nothing happened, today (12/12/2013) I phoned Nashua spoke to Anele he told me to wait he will check the problem I have to wait almost an hour for him to come back to me, Im using my office line to call but im not allowed to be on the phone that long, i dont know what is happening with people working at Nashua, consulting are not giving us good service, we cant call and ask something and they cant answer us, im angry because this is a third month waiting for my contract to be cancelled. I left my number hope he will come back to me.
