I posted on Hellopeter on 17 April 2013 regarding NASHUA MOBILE . They have come back to me and up until today (01/07/2013) I STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT THE CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT IS FOR.
I have spoken to Christo, Wikus (who are suppose to know about DATA NETWORKS) I was then put onto Lesedi Malatsi who requested forms to be completed SO THAT SHE CAN SEND THE QUERY TO VODACOM-Nashua Mobile bills me but VODACOM MUST ANSWER THE QUESTIONS-NEEDLESS TO SAY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
Beginning of June I called Nashua Mobile AGAIN-Horatio told me to delete whattsapp which I did-TODAY I GET MY ACCOUNT AND AGAIN THE INTERENET FEE IS BEEN CHARGED. Please understand this-these amounts go off at all times of the day and night. I rarely use the internet on my phone as I do have a computer.
Again I contact Nashua Mobile just to be told be Curtis that he does not know what the charge is and AGAIN THEY WILL HAVE TO ASK VODACOM.
I really hope this time NASHUA MOBILE WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER.
