I decided to not renew my contract as I find it tiresome dealing with incompetent people. I cannot see the point of having to deal with a company where one has to involve management to get a problem solved.
They could not even do the cancellation properly! In November 2012 I spoke to Alex to cancel my contract completely. He advised that I would cease to be a Nashua customer around 25th December 2012. Reference number 2001307187. Absolutely nothing happened, other than that I was still being billed!
I phoned on 15th February and was on the call for a while with the agent as he was trying to figure out what happened. Apparently Nashua 'forgot' to terminate my contract.
I have now been told that I may not get a refund for the error made by Nashua. I sent an email to Samantha, at the MDs help desk on 15th February explaining what had happened and asking for her to investigate. To date I have had no responce from anyone at Nashua. Nashua don't seem to be concerned that a long term contract customer of 18 years has cancelled, perhaps it is the norm due to bad service.
