Cancel contract but still debit my account

No the 12/12/2012 i gave Nashua mobile a notice to cancel my cell phone contract, on the 11/01/2013 i paid R335. that was the settlement and took all the necessary documents to Nashua Mobile SunnyPark which i still have copies . on february this year Nashua mobile debited my account with R535 claiming they didn't't receive any notice while their sunnypark brach shows that i did put notice . i then went to the branch they phone a lady by the name of Ayanda Xwazi from finance she promised to refund my money in full, and now is a full month nothing has happened, i then phone the guy called Stanley from their head office nothing has happen as even the consultant who was helping me at the branch by the name of Ikanyeng she promised to follow it up and let me know till today i never receive a call from them . this bad business they take advantages of people of they think they have enough money to pay the lawyers of which we dont have and i dont think i will advise anyone to take contract with Nashua Mobile because all the people from their head office they took people for granted and is not a good way of doing business look how many people i have spoke but none of them helped.
