I bought a new blackberry cellphone at our local Sport scene store in November 2011 and since then the phone has been replaced twice and gone in for software/hardware issue twice. Recently the same issues started with the phone and the phone was once again sent away to Mtn, the phone was replaced (a new one???) but the new phone won't even come on. Now i would like someone please to contact me regarding this issue as the area manager is not willing to resolve the issue and how many times does one phone have go in for repairs in two years???
