I took a blackberry contact phone on october 2011. since i receive it it was giving me a problem of freezing. i immedietly took it to the nearest branch. your consulted told me that all blackerry phones are having the similar problem. this problem persist up until the phone can not switch on. i took it back to the same consulted on the 14th january 2012 and he told me that he will send it for repairs. on repairs i got the quote for the value of R501.60 for the repairs. I query the amount and i was told that the warranty has expired. i am so confused because upon the signing of contract, the insurance was included.
