Non Delivery of TV set

I upgraded a contract almost 4 months ago at MTN Woodmead. The package I upgraded to consisted of a galaxy pocket and a Samsung LED TV. At the time, I did not have my TV licence with me but I went with it the following Monday and the attendant made a copy of it and gave me back the license and went on to tell me that my TV would be delivered soon. 2 months down the line i still had not received my TV and i called MTN Woodmead and the lady who helped me upgrade told me that they did not have my TV licence on file hence they could not deliver the TV set. but then again, I had given them my licence. So i went to drop the licence document from the SABC at MTN Woodmead stating i had a valid TV licence. They still have not delivered and now their phones (011 656-0916 and 083 8698296) are not being answered. Its been a very long time and they just seem unhelpful.
