Laptop battery

I took my laptop in on 20 July 2013 due to a faulty battery. After waiting two months to get it back, I went again on 27 Sept 2013 and was told it had been dispatched and I would get it back during the 1st week of Oct. I am still waiting and I have paid for the two months hardware subscription. I guess I will be compensated for the two months and the BEYONG SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
