Good day. I left the country in 2003. My sister has an active licence and was living in my house for the time that I was away. Hence there was one paid licence in my house for this period. SABC Licences are claiming that I owe them licence fees for these years. My understanding is that we need one active TV licence per house. I need to know what my rights are in this matter as they are demanding payment.
