Treat call centre agents fairly

As I am a call centre agent I have always heard the that we must treat customers fairly for a change can agents be treated fairly without the F word or no thank you or I'm not interested or look 4 a fault but just give hear 2 wat da agent has 2 say.n 4 those people who says call centre bosses shud get us real job well hello we r nt doing prostitution its an honest living yes we too strive hard 2 provide 4 our families.how would u as a parent a brother n sister or a family member would feel if your child sister brother or family member was treated so bad or rudely think about it u would say ag blow da job but is jobs easi 2 cum by so tink b4 u speak becos sum of us agents r emotional.it was thru 1 person dat had a vision 2 open a call centre now if u r a boss would u nt act on ur vision.we r doin our jobs does it cost u anything 2 jus listen 2 an agent especially if it benefits u with no cost b4 swearin b4 being arrogant b4 bein nasty think b4 u speak. TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED! THINK B4 U SPEAK.
