2 months ago I noticed an upgrade had been done on my account. I phoned the call centre and reported it on the 4th of October. I told them NOT TO DELIVER the phone to the person who put the upgrade through (staff??) but still they did and then charged me for the upgrade. Eventually they sorted it out on my November account but now in December I have been charged for 24 months worth of handset - R8 000 on this account!! What do I need to do to get this sorted out??
