CELL C TREATS CLIENTS LIKE CRIMINALS

I have had a Cell C Contract for many years. Recently I decided to get a contract for my daughter as well and have regretted this decision ever since. The firtst month the debit orders had to go off my credit card account only one was processed up to now no one can explain why as there were ample funds available and I have NEVER EVER MISSED A PAYMENT OR EVEN PAID LATE. However this means nothing to Cell C as both my numbers were dicsonnected without the courtesy of a call or an investigation as to what transpired. After three days of constant phoning my lines were reconnected and I was advised that everything was now in order and this will not happen again. Well, surprize! the exact same thing happened yesterday and when I called to query this, I was told that ther were no account details on my account and I pay my account in cash. I have never paid my account in cash. I then provided my details AGAIN and was assured that both my lines will be reconnected within 3 hours. Needless to say this has not happened. Why is it that Cell C treats loyal clients like criminals. Do they not bother to check the conduct of the accounts before simply disconnecting ALL your lines???
