I received a phone call from cell C with regards to a previous call i had made about my concern for the Internet usage on my iphone. i am trying to get help with regards to my bill of R927.00 and all i got was no assistance and the phone put down in my ear! i think that its rude of the person to hang up the call while i am trying to seek answers for this. i have mentioned on two occasions that its not like me to spend such on Internet usage as my monthly contract bill is normally R329.00 per a month with remaining free minutes, data and sms's. please if someone could help me out and explain how so much money is being used and what more i can do as this amount is way out of budget for me. i am a single mom with no support and to be treated like this from cell c is not acceptable.
