POOR SERVICE AT MTN ONLINE STORE

Applied for a new line on the 11.11.13, recieved the phone on the 14.11.13. It had an out of box failure. Returned it to Mtn Menlyn service centre store LG47 on the 18.11.13. That is within the 7 working days that was advised by the consultant assisting me. From the 18th i have been having issues with finding out what the process is now that i have returned it. Sales consultant Thandeka is very helpful but it is the departments she needs feedback from. I now want to cancel the contract because of this service. But i am told that they need some R number at the warehouse. i have done my part by returning the phone within 7 working days. I do not want to deal with mtn anymore i am truly dissapointed.
