I applied for a new contract a month ago (17/12/2013) at Lemontree Vodacom Chatz. The sales person did not know what he was doing and a week later I asked him to cancel my application so I could go to another store, he did not even know his managers name and claimed that the manager was never at the store. He clearly didn't have proper training. I spoke to a lady at online sales and she had to explain to him over the phone how to cancel my application as he did not know how. I then applied online the next day and sent through all necessary documentation. Again another week passed and I still didn't have the phone. I then had to wait another 3-5 days and eventually they never delivered my phone (the delivery guy claims he was here to deliver but he was never at my house), so they sent the phone back to warehouse. Now they have to re-submit the whole thing and I have to AGAIN wait 3-5 working days. Absolute disgusting that a big company like Vodacom has such poor delivery service.
