I did an upgrade and took out a new cell contract with the store. the consultant misled me in regards to when the contract came into effect when i requested to cancel them. the handsets which was supposed to be new where faulty from the onset. the contracts were not activated as promised. the manger was engaged and both handsets were returned the stipulated time. i was thereafter contacted by the manger who accused me of not returning certain items. on reminding him that i have a copy of the document whereby the handsets were returned in good order he then stated that he will address it with his head offce. he promised to have the contracts cancelled within 7 working days. on trying to followup telephonically, he is never in the store and does not responds to messages left. at the end of January autopage took out money for these contracts from by bank account although i returned the handsets and cancelled the contracts. please advise or assist.
