This is my 3rd COMPLAINT on Hello Peter about the same topic and NOBODY has called me to rectify the problem. I have been querying my account for 6 months and have had no help in resolving the matter. BUT if I don't pay my account, credit control is on the phone threatening to BLACKLIST me! And if we ask credit control to help with the account, they tell me I'm talking to the wrong department. The East London branch manager has been told by accounts department NOT to get involved in client billing queries. The call center transfer me from one person to the next and I get nowhere and no help. And AUTOPAGE does not respond to my emails or complaints on Hello Peter... WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!!!???!!!
