Extremely poor customer service

I am extremely frustrated with the service that I have been receiving from Vodacom over the past two months. After making calls and receiving calls from Vodacom Customer care, Vodacom Direct, Vodacom Head Office, Johannesburg and Cape town, still the matter is going nowhere at all.
I have last had a call from Mr Elroy Brickles form the Cape Town Head office on the 4th of November where he said that he will get back to me regarding the collecting of the cancelled contracts hand set. Still waiting for a call from collections. Still no call from anyone at Vodacom.
I have never experienced such unprofessional service in all the years that I have been with Vodacom. I was promised that a credit will be passed instead I am being billed again.
COULD SOMEONE FROM VODACOM PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY THAT CAN TRULY ASSIST AND SORT THIS MATTER ASAP.
