I would like to echo my gratitude and say a big THANK YOU to Thapelo and Virasha for going the extra mile in both customer service and resolving my issues from the get go.
Whenever i escalated any issues experience through the call centre both these individuals went the extra mile to expedite and resolve.
Even the greatest challenge of swapping my numbers and was told by the call centres that it cannot be done. they took it upon themselves to to prove that MTN helps its customers to resolve it.
In a nutshell they are examples of good customer service and they should be seen as distinctve individuals and they definitely stand out especially from the service received from others in the industry and within MTN. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU!
