I made a complain here about Vodacom customer care. The complain is still not resolved and I also do not seem to find it. Did they tell you that the matter was resolved? May I please forward our conversations so everyone can see how they are avoiding to correct their mistakes an very bad customer care. They drag resolving complains and frustrate some customers until they submit and take a loss. This is my ref: S3-SH62D-DOYS7 Please see what happened to it. Maybe the "avoid and pass on" attitude found its way to this site also.
If they said the matter has been resolved it a lie.
