I went to the Vodacom 4U shop sometime in May and was assisted by a very friendly, polite and well mannered lady by the name of Ester. She went out of her way to find the best contract that would suite me. She was smiling and joking and really made me feel at home. I have never experienced such good service anywhere else - including other Vodacom branches.
Since then I have convinced two of my friends to go see her when they were considering contracts and both of them were just as pleased as impressed by her service as I was.
I work for a corporate company which also deals with clients but never have I ever seen anyone with her potential and charisma. If she was to relocate to another branch in Gauteng I would definitely drive all the way just to be helped by her.
This is about as much as I can do to recognise her for her radiant and friendly personality which really has a huge impact your customers. If at all possible, I would really appreciate it if Vodacom could recognise her for her outstanding service and willingness to help.
