Cell C has been deducting amounts from my account.
I logged a query with them in March and still nothing has been done.
I have received no feedback and one of my queries was actually closed and marked as resolved without my knowledge. I only found this out after calling into the call centre to follow up.
2 additional amounts have been deducted from my account as of this morning and its now May!
OBVIOUS has occurred and someone internally is raiding Cell C customers' bank accounts.
Cell C is dragging their feet while my details and personal information continues to be compromised.
How can CellC take nearly 2 months to resolve an issue as important and serious as?!
Please resolve my problem. It's been nearly 2 months since I alerted you to this issue. The fact that amounts are still being deducted from my account while you do nothing is completely unacceptable!
