My phone was on Saturday, on Monday, we process a sim swop, the card did not activate. Tuesday still no activation, I proceeded to upgrade to a nanosim and get an IPHONE 5, they reactivated the sim, hopingit would kick in - still nothing. I leave for overseas today in the afternoon. This is my roaming number and a;ll my banking is linked to this... without it Iam dead in the water oversees... I have sat on the phone with 808 contact centre, the manager Regina escalated to Fazil Ally etc, m but nothing. Guys, I have been a loyal customers for over 16 years, my average billing per month sits at R2800.00... if I ever need your service to kick in, its now! Please can you please fast track this...
