Upgrade problem

As a pensioner, with limited funds and to save on Admin costs I decided to upgrade my Data contract online. However, I ran into numerous problems which I tried to sort out by phone but was advised that it will be easier to do it directly via phone with the same benefits (including 48 hour delivery of my new 3G modem and a free Bluetooth Audiomate portable speaker which is part of their festive season special).

I have thus done my upgrade on 2nd December 2013 (Order U571109 on 0723110602) and still have not received my 3G modem. I have tried to follow-up via e-mail last week, 4th December 2013, but received no response. I have followed-up again on 9th December 2013, telephonically, just to get a promise that they will phone me back in a short while (which never happened). I have since sent 2 e-mails (Ref EC-ZHC9-3K2IA7 and EC-ZHCA-3KYZMG) and still received NO equipment or any feedback.

Needless to say, I am very disappointed with my latest Vodacom service experience, especially after being a loyal Vodacom customer for so many years.
