Promise Not Met

On the 13th of December 2013. I decided to upgrade online with Vodacom to avoid the hassle of having to go in to the shop and i thought it was a bonus that I would get "FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY". I completed the upgrade online on the 13th of December 2013 I still have not received the phone, nor has anybody contacted me to let me know why the phone has not been delivered. I contacted RAM and they were to give me a headsup when the delivery was to take place. Im still waiting. I tried to call the dedicated upgrades number they provide 0821959 and upon following instructions and pressing keys in co ordinance with handheld/data related upgrades, my number/different number, i suddenly hear "This no. does not exist."
