Bad attitude and horrible service!!!

I went to a Cell C branch in Randfontein, Village Mall.
I told them that I need to migrate from the package I'm in, into a lower package. Than subscribe for a Data package. The shop assistance who was one minute helping me the next minute she told me to call the Customer Care Line, because she is going on lunch. I refused, she left. Waited for another 20min before the next assistance could come. She asked for my ID document, I told her I don't have it with me I can give her my driving licence. She than told me they only work with an ID book nothing else!

I called customer service a male introduced himself as Thapelo Ndlovu in Aukcland Park, Johannesburg, answered. I told him of the package changing I need to do. He made me more Frustrated and Insulted me of not knowing what my contract entails and how to use my phone. Directing me on how I should use my data, what sites I should visit, when I must log off. he became an adviser instead of helping on the reason for my call. I asked to speak to his manager, he came back telling me that his manager will call me back when he can. The manager has never called!

I REGRET EVERY MOMENT WITH CELL C. THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL!!!
