In August 2011 I purchased an ipad and i went to cell c and paid a once off R1000 for 2Gigs per month data for 12 months. When this expired in I went back to cell c in October 2012 and paid R1200 for the same package. last month I went into cell c and asked when this years package ended and the lady told me at the end of September 2012..Then two weeks ago I couldnt access my internet. I called last week Sunday and spoke to a call centre manager about it and they could not pick up that I even purcahsed the 2012 package. Very strange considering that the lady in the store could. The call centre manager told me she would lodge the complaint and come back to me, she said I would receive an sms which i never did. This is appaling service... Im very dissapointed and I dont think I will purchase my next twelve months data from you again... I feel as tho Cell C has stollen two months of data from me and no-one is prepared to help... they just say they cant pick it up from their system... They promise to help then you never hear from them again... how can this be!!!
